Our method is collaborative, with key executives from the client’s company creating a team and the business plan being developed in five stages and namely:
- Baseline Assessment: We develop a strategic context by reaffirming the organization's mission, vision, and values as a team. Internal elements (financial, operational, goods, customers, and supply chain) are weighed against external factors (market, industry, competition), opportunities, and threats by our strategy experts.
- Formulation: Our management consultants work with the team to build a strategy vision, value proposition, competitive differentiation, and strategic alternatives by using a number of facilitation techniques (e.g. develop a capability vs. make an acquisition).
